"ข้อมูลการCheck Out กับ Check In ของทางโรงแรมไม่ค่อยแน่นอน ลูกค้าชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิตขณะจองห้องพักเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ทางเจ้าหน้าแจ้งว่า ลูกค้ายังไม่ได้ชำระ ซึ่งลูกค้าได้แสดงใบเสร็จการชำระแล้ว แต่ทางโรงแรมยังยืนยันที่จะให้ลูกค้าชำระ โรงแรมบอกว่าเอกสารที่แสดงเป็นเพียงการยืยยันการจองห้องพักเท่านั้น นั่นหมายความว่าลูกค้าจะต้องชำระเงินเพิ่มเป็นสองเท่าของที่พักซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่แปลกเท่าที่เคยมีมา ซึ่งปกติลูกค้าสามารถเลือกชำระได้ ก่อนเข้าพักหรือชำระที่โรงแรมได้"

"The rooms are the cleanest I have seen so far in Pakistan. The staff are very keen to serve you and for some this might be too much but it shows how important guests are to everyone. I had an issue with noise from the street and was given another room at the back straight away. What also was valuable was a free extension to check out. Breakfast is complimentary but NOT continental- it’s traditional Pakistani breakfast and was delicious and hot - I cannot drink Nescafé so I brought my own coffee...
