A good option for Karachi

The hotel was in a safe location with guards and security checks. Guests ranged from families to business people and included nationals and foreigners. As the creek is nearby traffic noise was minimal - allowing for a good nights rest in an otherwise loud city. The air conditioning was good and reliable. The breakfast was good with a range of Pakistani and Western options, including excellent bakery items. A small area for improvement is having a coffee machine which is better than the instant coffee which was on offer. Room service was relatively prompt. We did have to ask for an iron as there wasn't one in the room. The room and bathroom were a good size. Special mention to Vijay Kumar the F&B manager who was always courteous, as well as the Chef and waitresses. Yasmeen in housekeeping who was friendly and organised, and Aneela at front of house who was most helpful and polite.

While booking of property electric kettle & sleeper was mentioned in the list of facilities but actual is not, eventhough the I asked on the first day of my stay on 27th March & duty manager (evening shift) is refused to provide & next afternoon I asked again but its not work. What's this rubbish, faced stabbing attitude for a such small thing.
