"Our suite was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. The property is huge. The pools are so nice, big and we enjoyed the swim up bar. We chose to pay for a cabana (shade) and it was a good choice! We liked the food choices. Make sure you see what restaurants are open when and make a reservation. The entertainment was also great- lots of variety. The staff is very attentive. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The whole experience was great! The staff were amazing and attentive. The massages at the spa were some of the best I have ever had. Getting to use the spa facilities for an additional 2 hours was so relaxing. The cenote pool is very cool. If you intend on using the lap pool, bring goggles. The eucalyptus steam room was my favorite feature in the spa. The food was delicious! The fire roll at Nami is lit, literally. The daily changing breakfast buffet has something for everyone. 5th Ave is within walking distance for fun, adventures, shopping, food and entertainment with the locals. The seaweed is abundant in the ocean which is a deterrent. It's a small resort with an intimate vibe. Overall, I highly recommend this destination. I stayed 3 nights and it was perfect."
