"Overall good stay. Staff was very attentive, our concierge Cielo was awesome and constantly checked on us. Carlos was great at casino night and had a very good vibe. "We had an amazing stay! The resort is very safe, peaceful, and fun. There are many different dining options as well as several buffets. All of the staff were super friendly and treated us well. Our buildings concierges David and Cielo were incredibly helpful during our stay. They were able to answer all of our questions, as well has assisting us with different bookings. There are multiple pools on site and a beach as well. Our room was also very nice and the cleaning crew did an amazing job...

"Everything was wonderful and everyone was so kind and helpful The only complaints would be was the food was very salty and also all of the buffet food was cold unless you had them cook it right there in front of you, I will definitely recommend this to anyone and I’m looking forward to returning"
