"Arrived and the key press was easy to locate and access, however the key provided didnt fit the lock, it was 2° outside i called 3 different phone numbers and no one answerd, i spoke to hotels.com and they couldnt help ether, i had to book alternative accommodation and take a taxi to it as it was in the middle of nowhere. I asked for a refund and they said no, and couldnt even give a good reason why i didnt stay here. Some items were damaged on my arrival it hadnt been cleaned as there was...

Plenty of seating within the dining room and a good amount of space within the reception area. Rooms and bathrooms have heating. My room had a window that opened. Solo traveller and stayed in the most simple, standard room."

"Wonderful!!! welcome by the staff. We arrived at 19:00 and the nice lady was just about to leave with detailed explanations in an envelope….. still she opened it - explained everything !!! With a lot of patience….. really nice. The hotel is close to the Harbour…. Great walk to restaurants near by The room is beautiful - designed with a lot of taste Great balcony In short - a W o n d e r f u l! Experience I will certainly come back "

"We booked a family room at 12:45 on the same day and arrived at 19:30. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very confusing, you have to check in at another hotel five minutes away, which we weren’t told in advance. On arrival, we were first given the wrong room, then a family room with an unmade sofa bed and no bedding. We were told this was because we booked “late” and should make up the sofa bed ourselves, but this was never communicated in advance, and I would not have booked had I known. Perhaps the receptionist was new, but it made checking in with tired kids late in the evening very time-consuming and stressful, with lots of trips back and forth. Once settled, the room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh options. Do note that the hotel is close to a nightclub, so it can be noisy at night on weekends."
