Great place to stay

Fantastic hotel, very new, very clean, great staff, amenities and breakfast. Amazing location only a couple of minutes walk to the castle and across the road from a high end shopping centre.

Great location! Very close to all the major attractions. Definitely a budget hotel - but the room was a decent size and had all necessities. Breakfast was great if you eat meat - not so great for a vegan. Good value overall.

Great value, perfect placement!

Great stay, huge room for japanese standard, great breakfast that also allows you to pack it up for lunch or breakfast in your room. Easy self check in and out and free bus to and from station! Perfect place to stay!

Great chain hotel

Really reasonably priced accommodation - so cheap! Small room but did the job and perfectly fine for our family of 4. Firm beds but typical for Japanese. Breakfast was good and included for all guests. Grab your own amenities from the lobby. Free shuttle to and from train station at certain times. Right on main shopping street and walkable to main locations with bus stop right outside. Definitely would stay in a Toyoko Inn again for a budget friendly stay.

It was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and there was only one pillow. There is a free breakfast. People seemed to like it but it looked unappetizing to me. For a budget hotel it is good but for a midrange hotel it is below APA and the like. The location is great though.

Above and beyond service

The service was amazing! They were so helpful and really went above and beyond in helping us with some issues regarding our trip plans. We were late in getting in and missed our reservation for the Ninja Temple. They called and helped us rebook it. We also needed to ship some luggage and they also called the hotel we were shipping it to, to make sure they could hold on to it until our check in date. They also helped us make sure a package we needed got delivered to us before we left the hotel by calling the delivery company for us. The person who helped us Matsui

連泊しましたが、客室、施設、サービス、駐車場には大満足でした。 徒歩圏内で兼六園に行け、周囲にコンビニなども多くとても良い立地でオススメです。 朝食は、1日目は開始時間が混んでいたので時間をずらしたところおかずがほぼ無い状態、2日目は新幹線の時間の都合でいただけませんでしたが、種類がたくさんあるように見えたので、開始直後をお勧めします。 ※金沢駅との往復無料送迎サービスは本当に助かりました。
