"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"Très bon séjour dans l'hôtel, très belle petite plage en bas de l'hôtel, bon restaurant et breakfast.
Je vous conseille les chambres quadruple , vous aurez un bungalow indépendantavec extérieur ,si vous prenez premium vous serez dans un bâtiment en béton avec moins de charme.
Certes si vous désirez du standard européen en terme de nettoyage (salle de bain ) n'allez pas aux perhentian... Sauf peut-être le Marriott, mais pas le même budget..

"Il faut savoir que les logements sur les îles sont très cher et peu qualitatif!! J’ai cherché un moment avant de réserver ici.
J’avais peur d’être déçu et j’ai été agréablement surprise! J’avais une chambre sans clim mais il y a un gros ventilateur au plafond. Ça rafraîchit très bien de jour comme de nuit . Il y a de l’eau chaude, le lit est bien et une moustiquaire à la fenêtre.
L’emplacement est top, entre coral bay et long beach, et c’est calme ! Je ne capte pas la wifi de la chambre mais...
