Excellent location for the Malls and Bangla Road. Good sized room and bathroom all very clean and well appointed. Pool area very tidy and large seating area in shade is welcome. Reception staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

Restaurant Terrible service. i was denied service

3 night stay. Front desk staff is really friendly good service. Pool good . Clean rooms. Wifi is super slow. I put two starts becouse. I when to the restaurant monday october 23 at 348 pm. To ask for the happy hour and restaurant staff said i can't have the happy hour. And treat me with a really rude actitud. I end up humiliated by them. At the end they just leave me alone no service at all. Im from colombia. I have no idea if is and ethnic problem. I been in thailand for 3 months stay at alot of hotels. And is the first time someone treats me like this . So so rude. Happy hour is food and drinks half price is a good deal. But i end up spending my money at other restaurant. 1000 bath plus tip. Happy hour is offer from 12 pm to 4 pm. At the end i call the manager on duty. Her name is Noon she was so helpful. And receive my complain.

There is nothing special about the rooms and the service.The room itself isn't that great, but I liked the balcony, and the price was reasonable when I made the booking. Also it's in downtown Patong, so quite convenient. In summary, Nothing special, but when I consider the price, it was just okay.

Only for sleeping it is OK

Actually almost nothing would be wrong, if there are not a few things that have excited me very much. The taxi at the hotel was not at the airport. It was forgotten to order one. Bad WLan in the room. Impossible to work with the PC. In the lobby it was better but no air conditioning! Bath towels were available at the lobby. BUT those were entered into a book. They had to be let out every time they were brought back. The hotel was not crowded. Nevertheless, I could not wait in my air-conditioned room until my taxi came to the airport. The room had to be cleared by 1 PM. Up to 5 PM I would have had to wait in the hot lobby. There was no air-conditioned lounge. But as I said: For the price, what more could you want.

Great location, helpful staff.

Excellent location for getting to the beach, the shopping centre and the nightlife; despite it's closeness to the nightlife the hotel is peacefully quiet. The staff on the front desk were particularly pleasant and helpful. There is a "swimming pool" on the roof deck, but don't be fooled into thinking you could use it for an exercise lengths swim as it is tiny and is really just a sun bathing area with a large bath tub. This was the second time that I have stayed here and would definitely use the hotel again.
