The hotel is very nice, clean, nice staff. But a little far from everything, but if you like a quiet area, and golf. This is the best place to stay. If most of your tour will be in the city center, this is not for you.

Pros: Good breakfast spread at Fairway Coffee House and food options are changed everyday. Family friendly hotel with a pool for children and a Kids Club. Liked the hotel location as I prefer staying outside the city although i think it's more accessible by car but Grab ride and food was easy. Cons: Really need to improve on the cleanliness of the room. The floors were dusty especially in the corners and area under the desk and tv console. Shower area had grime collected in corners and in between tiles. Also, I booked a Superior Pool room but the room assigned to me was facing the roof of the hotel lobby. Not sure if this was because I requested to be on the same floor as my friends but definitely was not informed during my online enquiry and check-in at the hotel. I believe there's a price difference for the pool facing rooms which I paid for.

Would never come back!!

The Hotel is a horror experience when it comes to check-in, took the team more than 1 hour to check in. And very very poor service!! I don't meet any hotel staff greeting to me and they don't even look at you like you are visible. All Staffs aren’t friendly Poor sound insulation in room. I can hear the toilet flushing all the day even midnight. Parking is far from the building, had heavy bags but there was no buggy on site or when the staff saw, no action was taken. Not value for money at all,It's first and last to stay this terrible hotel! 5 star hotel but 1 star service!

I have a terrible exprience while I was checking in via the Front Office. The Supervisior named Hamed was extreamly rude to me and threathen to reject my reservations when presented my driving license to him as proof of my identity. I has a bad exprience before as my identify was stolen via my NRIC and as of now Im cautious about providing my NRIC especially when its not really required for simple varification purposes. This employee seem to have an ego problem as even after he agreed to accept my valid driving licence for the check-in purpose, he then goes on to mention that he has the right and authority to reject and cancel my reservation as I didnt want to provide him with my NRIC. I found this attitude to be quite unbecoming and insulting. Overall, this hotel is very calculative and lackes customer service. Its also quiet pricey and not worth the money spent. Breakfast was also sub-par with extreamly limited option. Rooms were ok as its still very new however the TV enternainment was also inadequet where by its lack a good variety of channels for viewing. Will I recommed this hotel or return ? Definately a big big NO !

Worst 5-Stars hotel ever! Staffs lack of training and knowledge. Check in on 25th December, started my line to queue at 4pm. Done my check in after an hour of waiting at 5pm. Reason given was heavy arrival which is unacceptable because it's not their first day operating as a hospitality. My anniversary flower was left at the concierge and I requested them to send to my room but they say have to be at night because bellboys are not available, which is 4 hours apart, just ridiculous. At night I requested a bucket of ice and bottles of waters from the phone. They sent a staff with very rude attitude and I fully condemn this in a hospitality industry and a 5-stars hotel. He passed me the bucket of ice and the bottles of waters straightaway requested :" Can I have the empty one?" And I thought he was referring to the empty bottles so i get him the empty bottles but he started to be impatient and asked me "Can I come in?" With a bad tone. When i replied yes, he just furiously come into my room and get the empty bucket and leave but never forget to slam my room door. I felt really offended and disrespected but i chose to leave it cause I do not want to ruin my mood because of the service. Hope the general manager can have a look into this matter.

Broad lobby with smell cintrolled. Breakfast had many stations. Egg, noodle, curry, and so on. Gorgeous atmosphere. I recommend it.

Everything was great. Except that there are guest who might be smoking in their room (even though it is a non smoking hotel). We could smell it in our room.
