"Booking reference number is different from what we have. Hotels are seeing our bookings from Expedia.com and its reference number is different from hotels.com's.
This sometimes slow down the check in process.
The room and bathroom was clean but the bedsheets and pillow cases stinks. Both sides of the pillow smells different ie someone's perfume and the other side none.
