"Positives: The wifi worked well, the AC works great, and the shower has good pressure and the heat adjustment works. The staff/owners are very nice and are available throughout the day so if you have an early flight there is no issue with checking out. There are a couple really good restaurants close by, a speedway that opens at 9am if you need convenience items/drinks right next to the hotel , and it is only a 15-20 minute ride to get to the mall or some other places. "Excellent hotel close to airport with a airport shuttle service. Good for short stay and transit"

"The major advantage is convenience for in transit travellers. Room is small but clean and no windows."

"Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. "
