"Great hotel, the staff were lovely. The spa was really nice. Fabulous products in the bathroom to use. We loved this hotel and it was great for us to just walk to departures for our early check in. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly."

"Our 3rd time here. Very convenient to Haneda Airport, good shuttle service. Beds areSO comfortable, but need better pillows. Good shower which is much needed after 15 hr flight. Breakfast included is mostly Japanese with basic Western additions. Rooms are small but that’s standard for Japanese “travelers” hotels."

"This was our second stay at the Hyatt in Yokohama. The service at every level was excellent! The staff greets you at the door, takes luggage to the room where pajamas, slippers, robes, water, coffee, and tea are waiting. The waterfront, park and restaurants are two blocks away. Getting around was so easy by taxi and hotel staff translate your needs to the taxi driver. Everything was made so easy. Thank you everyone at the Hyatt Yokohama for making our stay in Tokyo so enjoyable."
