"Mango Sunset was the perfect option for my one-night stay after an evening landing in Kona before driving to the Hilo side of the island the next day. The room was immaculate and comfy, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, communication with staff was easy, and coffee and breakfast were excellent. I would love to stay at Mango Sunset again for multiple days!"
"This hotel is such a gem. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning with the ocean crashing on the sea wall below. Just beautiful. It was quiet at night and we were able to walk into town for dinner/shopping. It’s a great base for the west side of the island—we stayed for a week and did so much but always enjoyed returning to the hotel for a dip in the wonderfully refreshing salt water pool or just to relax on the lanai. Highly recommend! "
"Just a lovely apartment - safe, 10 min drive from the town center, pool, beaches were close by and the ocean right behind! Kitchen was well equipped, balcony was beautiful, parking was plenty and mainly it was central to almost everything. We loved everything about the property. We also got pool towels, which was included in the resort fee, and we could take it anywhere and we can return them later. "
