"Rude staff. Manager wouldn’t extend check out time even an extra hour to accommodate our late flight out of Tokyo. Bar staff took 20 minutes to take a drink order. Not sure how this hotel got a five star rating, more like 3 star."

"The staff during the checking was not interested. The lady was not friendly and really not happy to be there. She give me strong instructions and never give the ticket for the public bath. Otherwise the room was good the bed very large and comfortable. The public bath was really good . The restaurant Teppanyaki was good too . "
