"Our first time here. We are already back for our second time. We love it. It has everything we need. A place to sleep, shower and ya know. Bed is comfortable and the heat AC works great. Awesome water pressure too. Lots of hot water. This will be our first pick when we come back to Okinawa. The staff is amazing. Professional and personable. They enjoy me trying to speak Japanese and then reply to me in their perfect English. Awesome people make this place even better. "

"I am an American who stayed at this property while visiting family stationed in Okinawa. The hotel is easily accessed, quiet, and the room was clean and as described. The front desk of this hotel is only staffed from 3 PM to Midnight. Staff do not speak much English, so have a translate app available to assist you if you do not speak Japanese. There are 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores a short walk from the hotel. I plan to stay here again when I return to visit family next year. "

"A very pleasant resort for rest and relaxation ,the beach is amazing and pretty much to yourself. The natural hot springs are really relaxing, the dining options with the buffet are really affordable. Would definitely go again!"

"宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。 「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。 宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。 また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。 緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。 宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。"

"Very spacious hotel room. Difficult to get to the hotel without a car. Free amenities bar was great as well. Some areas of the hotel did smell like sewage especially near our room. But they had friendly staff and a great fitness room. "
