I wanted the laundry area. There is no public laundry equipment room in the hotel building.
However, the hotel's laundry service is nice because it returns the next day."
"The staffs are nice and very helpful. The room is clean. And the hotel is very close to bus station, you better buy an Easy-link card (for bus and MRT train) first then you can enjoy exploring Singapore. Later if I have a chance I will stay here again. only one thing, I can smell smoke from another room, don't know how the air flow but it just a little bit and not so annoying."
"Really fantastic, loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Our young daughter fell into the rooftoop pool (our fault for not paying attention) and the heroic staff member jumped in without a seconds thought. But even more the hotel was faultless, the rangers club (kids club) was great for the kids, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had complimentary champagne and bloody Mary’s, and the general vibe was luxury and relaxation. "Really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Orchad. The service was excellent.
Breakfast options were great, be warned it does get busy and so you will have to queue after 8:30/9am. We went early so did not have to queue.
Location is excellent. The metro station is walking distance and you can also walk to the main shopping area Orchad Road."
"This is my third stay at this hotel. Friendly, pleasant hotel staff members, a nice view from my room on the 27th floor, good access from MRT Orchard station whithin a few minute walk, no worry about rain because there are roofs on the ground from the exit of the station. Comfortable as always."
