Our new favorite home away from home in Singapore. 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking to great parks, market, food, one of Singapore's best hawker centers, and super easy to catch the bus we needed. Coming home to the numerous amazing pools makes a huge difference in the tropical climate. Staff was professional and went above and beyond: Harry and Noris were particularly fabulous. Only downside is distance to MRT, but we found it easy enough to bus to the nearest station. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional value and friendly atmosphere

After being let down by another hotel. Diana and her team were fantastic and made us feel at home. Plenty of nearby facilities, shopping centres and plenty of excellent restaurants. A bus stop out the front door and never had to wait more than 2-4 minutes for a cab. Had a wonderful stay, clean tidy, professional and more importantly, personable and excellent value for money, you won’t be disappointed.

Unhappy about being lied to

The staff was generally helpful and friendly and did the best they could. However, the breakfast situation was woeful... Hotels.com itinerary and listing clearly listed that Daily Breakfast is offered (it still does today). They failed to mention that breakfast is not offered on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays. In our 8 night stay, we didn't have breakfast for 3 days. I asked during my stay what the staff can offer, but their hands were tied and can do nothing. I've since been in contact with Hotels.com and the hotel is now telling me that daily breakfast was in fact offered (false statement) and is now blaming me for expecting too much... this was their response "that all guest in Oasia Residence is entitled to continental breakfast, and they will not reject any guest for breakfast and have also confirmed this with the team. Therefore, no compensation can be granted. " As a Gold Member of hotels.com I find this disappointing.

Hôtel bruyant dommage car bien équipé

j ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 2mois et voici pourquoi je n y retournerai pas : les contres : - vraiment trop bruyant, vous entendez en permanence les personnes bouger leurs chaises tirer les lits, prendre leur douche, tirer la chasse d eau, claquer les portes et j en passe, j ai du changer 3 fois de chambre durant mon séjour et toujours le même problème, les chambres sont supers mal isolées, c est dommage car en mettant des tapis a l endroit des chaises et en ajustant la fermeture des portes le bruit pourrait disparaitre mais a priori le managment ne fait rien. Petit dej vraiment limite, la machine a café est en panne tous les jours et malgré les plaintes ils ne font rien, quantité limité de fruit et de yahourt et quand il n y en a plus ils n en remettent pas et il y a des jours ou carrément comme ils ont atteint le quota de la semaine il n y en a plus le mobilier du hall et de la piscine étaient tachés de grosses auréoles vraiment pas possible de s asseoir, très sale ils ont nettoyés une fois durant tout mon séjour. la piscine n est pas toujours super propre surtout celle du rez de chaussé. les pour sont les 2 piscines et surtout celle de 60m au rez de chaussée, le terrain de tennis sur le rooftop, le sauna, les chambres sont bien conçues et il y a tout ce que vous voulez a l intérieur pour cuisiner, la machine à laver/séchante si vous avez une LG est top sinon dommage vous avez un ancien modèle et la bon courage pour faire sécher vos affaires, un parc a coté.

Hôtel superbe avec tout ce qu il faut à l intérieur de l appartement une équipé avec lave-linge sèche linge frigo ustensiles de cuisine, il y a 2 piscines dont une très grande pour nager salle de sport terrain de tennis sur le rooftop juste a coté de l hôtel il y a un food court typique de Singapour et 510 min à pied il y a un énorme food court avec plein de magasins de fruit pain etc, cet hôtel est éloigne du centre mais avec grab vous y etes en 20-30min il y a également un parc juste a coté de l hôtel donc si vous travaillez a tuas c est idéalement placé

ちょっと割高かと。

週に3回しかベットとタオルの交換がなく、ハブラシについては5日間連泊しましたが一度も補給がなかったのが残念でしたが、部屋は綺麗で落ち着いていました。朝食がもう少し充実していれば最高なのですが、シンプルでした。また交通の便が悪いので、車がないと辛いロケーションです。

Favorite hotel ever

Everything exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffets, and exceptional facilities including multiple pools, wonderful exercise room, steam room, rooftop tennis court and more. Close to beautiful parks and convenient shopping. Kith restaurant on-site was very handy. Room was perfect, with kitchen and laundry in the room. Will definitely stay there again.

This property is not as good as it it appears. The in flat services is nill. I had to find a local store to buy tooth brush and tooth paste, body wash and hand wash etc. I was given some cheap stuff from China it does not qualify to be called a sophisticated Hotel or residence with international guest requirements. If you wish to take this hotel for this cost, it’s much better to take a local hostel instead for much cheaper options. The biggest setback for a business trip guest like me is breakfast where I need to get instant and good to eat food. This hotel says they provide breakfast but I could only see bread, jam and cereals which can be managed by any guest themselves and need to choose a hotel including breakfast. There is no cooked food. Options are less and I had to buy some local vegetables and some breakfast and prepare everyday in the morning. It’s complete waste of time and money. The only thing they can is positive is the mini kitchen. But for business trip guests will find it difficult cause we stay a minimum of one or two weeks and it’s not always possible to cook and eat while we have to concentrate on local transportation issues and office work. This place has no nearest walkable metro train, which is a big setback. Overall I had wasted money for cheap property which brags about a 5 out of 5 rating. Which i feel is not true.

Séjour agréable

Il faut être familier des bus pour apprécier ce quartier excentré (comptez 50 mn minimum pour rejoindre le centre ville, même si l'itinéraire est intéressant car on traverse tout l'urbanisme singapourien des 50 dernières années) ou avoir envie de verdure (West Coast Park à 2 mn, Bukit Timah à 10 mn en bus). L'avantage de l'éloignement du centre est la taille des studios très spacieux. L'établissement offre un buffet petit-déjeuner en semaine. Il y a deux food-courts super à 5 mn (qui valent largement le Maxwell à mon avis), un grand mall occidental avec toutes les cantines (Subway, Starbucks, Sushi ...), massages et salons de beauté de toutes inspirations, cours de ballet et d'aïkido. La piscine est quasi-olympique, vous disposez aussi de deux bassins-jaccuzzi, d'une grande terrasse bronzette. Le personnel est top sympa et arrangeant.

Why stay in singapore city when you have an excellent place like Oasia 20 mins on the Mrt away.a mall to yourself,great night food stalls,hardly any traffic.staff friendly and helpful.excellent apartment with the benefit of breakfast,pools,spa pools and housekeeping done for you.we will be going back and highly reccomend Oasia.
