"There was yellow tape draped across an abandoned car and the sidwalk. The carpets and bathroom faucets looked as if they were from the 80s. Somewhat clean as best as could tell. The room felt like a sauna when we entered although the thermostat was set on 60. We opened the window amd tirnes on a fan for most of the night tring to get it closer. The shuttle runs only 3-4 times a day

"Comfy country inn style property comes with delicious cook to order breakfast and driver to drop you off at nearby locations, staff were friendly and helpful."
"Advertised shuttle service from the ferry terminal, called for pickup and was told they dont pick up from the ferry. Left people stranded in the pouring rain. Room was dirty, urine on the bathroom wall that you had to look at every time you sat down, stained carpet and cigarette burn in the carpet. I only booked this hotel for the shuttle service but had to spend $70 for an Uber."
"Such a unique property! we googled the history and had fun exploring it's curiosities. Staff so helpful, they messaged me on text to let me know rooms were ready early and stored luggage at front desk until we picked up with car."
"The room is spotless, and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. This is the best hotel in town. Nothing compares. I travel for work and have stayed at every hotel in Juneau. I will be picking this one every time from now on. "
