"This was my 3rd stay with this hotel and i can never fault it The staff are soo friendly and welcoming. Always looking after us and making sure our stay is as welcoming as possible. The staff are really friendly with my kids and the concierge staff do a great job. No hotel can be a good experience without exceptional staff and i must say the staff here are exceptional. I will be booking my next years visit again soon. "

"My experience was disappointing due to the poor service and staff behavior. This applies to the reception, room service, and bellboys. While the room was decent, it certainly doesn't meet 5-star standards. The only advantage is the hotel's excellent location, but there are many other hotels in the same area. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay."

"Our 2-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and perfect for our family trip to Dubai. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Washing machine was useful - ideal for long stays. Continental breakfast bags were delivered to our apartment each morning - there is no restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a dip in the pool - it was in the shade though due to the skyscrapers in the Marina area. "

"Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."
