This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The service was unbelievable. The staff were amazing and their attention to detail was incredible. Jahirul and Farouk were fantastic. I highly recommend anyone looking for an ultra luxurious experience to stay here.

Excellent stay. Great staff. The housekeeping is awesome. Great resort. We lloved our stay. Will definitely recommend my family and friends who will be visiting Dubai. I wish I had booked connecting rooms but may be next time.

11/10 time! The hotel was the best I have ever stayed at and I have traveled quite a bit around the world. Reception went above and beyond accommodating my brother and I. The managers were excellent with their hospitality and services. I recommend anyone and everyone to stay here, it's a must!

What a beautiful and peaceful resort. It was a wonderful experience staying here. You will not find the service and friendliness of the staff anywhere else. The swimming pools are great! The breakfast is delicious. If you want peace and quiet and value for money, the One&Only is the right place for you. I would also like to thank Jalal and Abdul for their kindness and being so helpful.

In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. Required us to highlight the basiics! Hotel is nice, remaining staff is friendly, acessibilities with a baby stroller not terrific. . Buffet restaurant staff was brilliant. Such a pitty with so much potential. Beautiful location and rooms.

Words can not express my gratitude to all the staff,from doorman,drivers,cleaning staff ,reception,room service ,spa and all wonderful people working in this paradise! My stay was filled with happinesses! The hotel is beautiful, elegant and cozy! The music from the morning till late night around the hotel makes you feel that holiday will never end :) Special thank you to my host Noushad who made possible the impossible!!!!!! Should be 5 star review but NOISY! This is a stunning hotel dealing with a HUGE noise issue that not only affected our stay but is something the hotel is dealing with every week & weekend. Three out of our four nights it sounded like a nightclub and the base literally vibrated into the room. The hotel eventually located a fan which we used to help create a soft “white” noise so we could sleep. Boats drive past the hotel well into the night (1am and 2am) with the music blasting. The Club/Hotel “Five” across the marina has music BLARING into the morning hours. I was in Dubai at O&O Mirage last year and the marina wasn’t “open” like it is now. A lot has changed! It’s a disgrace for the other hotels in the area and I’m SHOCKED there aren’t stricter laws enforcing noise levels/hours. In the US we have huge hotels & parties in Las Vegas but at night, the parties go INDOORS and the buildings/clubs are designed to absorb noise so thousands of guests can stay in hotels peacefully. I feel terrible for the O&O and other hotels in the area for having to deal with this noise. For us, it was not the tranquil, relaxing trip like we had hoped for and we were happy to be leaving for the desert. This hotel is beautiful, food was incredible and the staff was very kind! I loved the Spa (massages were A ) & the staff in the Spa were top notch! Only reason I would not return or recommend the hotel is because of the noise and I was disappointed the only thing the hotel did was apologize.
