"They valued me and my family and appreciated us staying there. We had issues with the door lock and in 5 minutes someone was there to correct the problem. The food service team was attentive and couldn't have been nicer. The room was pristine and freshened up in the afternoon. Very enjoyable stay."

"The subtle elegance is timeless and allows the guests to appreciate the historic value of this beautiful hotel. The spa-like bath products are much appreciated and worth shopping online to add to a home guest bath for a luxury feel. Greenville downtown area has much to offer in dining and with easy walking. "Loved the location. I made these reservations months ago for 4 ladies, got to room had 3 towels, 2 face cloths and 2 hand towels. What the heck??"

"Location is great for getting to/from downtown area"
