Really liked this property and will come here again. My only reasons for giving 4 ⭐s is because I wasn't there long enough. Staff was cool, helpful, and quick with the reservation. The very same person that checked me in let me know how to handle the late checkout and keeping the room for the following reservation.

Roach hotel

Front staff was nice and bed was comfortable. But there were roaches in the refrigerator and climbing all over the walls and floors. Plus, the carpet was so disgusting. Couldn’t walk on it barefoot. There was also toilet paper on the bathroom floor when I arrived.

The property isn't well kept. The pool is dirty. The rooms have bugs. The carpet is heavily soiled, and has a moist sticky feeling. This hotel needs a full renovation. There was one staff member that was polite.

Check in was easy. The room smell bad. The towel rack and toilet paper roll holder was broken, they fixed those items. They cleaned the room still smell bad. There was a roaches in the room. The TV did work nor did the WiFi password. The toilet didn’t flush. The staff did do a good job on the breakfast and kept it stocked.

There was a hole in the floor in room 236 in front of the 2nd bed closest to the bathroom but the carpet covered it up and you couldn't help but step in it. That had nothing to do with the friendly staff.

Did not review before booking. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was fairly soft. Towels were small but soft. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. There was a cigarette hole burn on the comforter. Pool was green. Bed frame was about 5 inches longer than the mattress. You had to be careful so you wouldn’t trip over it. Breakfast was sad.

The staff was so friendly but bugs were climbing on the dresser and walls. And in the tub. No clean rags were available all day. The room reeked of smoke. I literally went and bought a bottle of febreeze which still didn’t help much. I got bad allergies and had to get out my inhaler. Online looked great, next time I will check out the reviews. But like I said at least the front desk ladies were kind.
