My daughters and I had an amazing weekend stay. We were greeted with a smile by Carson at the front desk. Check in was quick and efficient. She gave us great advice about the local area. The morning breakfast was delicious. We had a freshly made to order omelette along with crispy bacon hash browns and fresh melon. There were other choices too. Our room was extremely clean and beautiful.Housekeeping even asked us if our room was clean and satisfactory when we saw her in the hallway. I slept on the pull out couch, and it was so comfortable. No lumps or bars in my back. We are already planning a return trip to the Embassy Suites Riverplace.

The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.
