"Great spot, came with a ticket to the Onsen down the street. Very accommodating and allowed me to leave bags there after I checked out and went to ski. Very nice place!! "
"We lived tge service, location. The food was scrumptious and hosy even gave us a taste of her homemade ume sake. Delish. We hVe been trying to find one lije it but they all paked compared to hers. Our room blew ur minds! River view with our own hot spring. Unfortunately it was sivhoy we cuf not enter. Told the owner. We were able to use it thr next morn after kids calmwdzs"
"Location is good, opposite is the ski resort, which has good snow. Overall room was well maintained, public Onsen was nice too. However we came during early ski season, there is barely any restaurants opens. Hotel cafe food is a bit expensive, and not much choice (mainly western). If plan to stay may order half board instead, or tell hotel staff to reserve dinner before 10am"
