"Rooms are large and clean. The corridor could be noisy at night. But multiple floors allow the hotel to move you around as needed. The breakfast was expensive but was well organized. Felt welcome in the space."

"Service and clean room was great. Only thing I didn't like is the vibe around the hotel. Nothing bad happen but sketchy people walking around or driving by through out the evening and night. Plenty of parking, good air conditioning, nice staff, clean room, cold/hot water, food with in walking or driving distance, next to the exit/entrance freeway."

"The check-in process was horrible. I had made reservations and paid in advance. The staff spent over 15 mins trying to locate a room. I had forgotten to ask for a disabled access room when the reservation was made. I asked for a ground floor or a room near the elevator. One of the clerks said that she remembered me from previous stays. I was advised that they located a room and gave me keys to Room 205. I went to the room, used the key to open the door, and saw there was luggage in the room, the bed messed up, and a cell phone on the bed with a charging cord attached. I went back to the front desk and informed the staff that the room was occupied. The male clerk asked if the room was not made up? I replied that it was occupied. Her stated that it should not be. He and the female clerk began checking a printout sheet and the computer and asked me to have a seat. After 10 mins, they said they found a room and it was Room 325. The male clerk escorted me to the room, which was far from the elevator. I asked if I could change rooms the next day and was assured that I could. The following day, Friday, 24 April, I asked to be moved to another room that was disabled accessible or nearer the elevator. He asked if I was extending my stay. I replied that I had reservations through Sunday. He said, "No, we are all booked up." Later that evening, I found the motel was not full and observed someone check in that did not have a reservation. On top of that, the bathroom was not clean."

"We at a last minute stop in San Jose and booked the Hyatt last minute. The hotel suited our needs for a one night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Our initial front desk staff was great! He was friendly, courteous and informative. later in the evening we attempted to eat at the hotel restaurant. I'm not sure there is a restaurant. There were tables and a bar area right next to the front desk. I saw no restaurant staff. The front desk staff asked us to take a seat and he would be right with us. Several other guests were in line waiting hotel service. Needless to say, after 5 or so minutes we went back to our room. We called an uber to eat out. While waiting we noticed that a section of the glass awning, above the main entrance,was shattered. it appeared to be a safety hazard. In summary, it served our purpose for an unexpected overnight but nothing impressive or memorable. "

"I really enjoy coming to this hotel week after week. One thing I was noticing is how the staff members are always busy doing something to keep this place in excellent condition. Maintenance staff Rafa and Isaiah are continually moving around and getting stuff done. The swimming pool and hot tub are always extremely clean and area is trash free. Very much appreciate these guys. Front desk staff always greet guest with a smile and make you feel welcome. Housekeeping staff are so kind and smile and say hello in the hallways. Nelli and Buu, at the bar/restaurant remember your drink you had last time and are quick to make sure you are happy with your beverage and food orders. Just another few reasons to make this hotel your to when in the area as I have."
