"We enjoyed staying in your hotel during our vacation. Your staffs are very kind and helpful. Dinner is fantastic! That makes me and my family love Shizuoka and looking forward to go back to have that great time again. Private onsen with stars at night is memorable. I love everything, Thanks a lot."

"One of the most incredible stays of my life. The resort is beautiful with lots of onsens. The staff were very sweet and professional. They were very accommodating to upgrade my room for my honeymoon. The breakfast and dinner is soooo delicious. Highly recommend"

"We really enjoyed our stay, tattoos were not a problem"

"Can I give this hotel 10 stars? Amazing ocean view. Amazing food. Amazing staff. Lovely town. Cherry blossoms. Highly recommend "

"There isn’t much to do nearby, so it’s really a place to relax, enjoy the onsen, eat, sleep, read, and unwind. I highly recommend booking the half-board option since there are very few dining choices outside the hotel. We had a room with a private bath, which was wonderful.

"This was a lovely place to spend a short scuba diving vacation on the Izu Peninsula. The ocean views from my room were fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"The views are amazing, but the property is quite dated and if you look around the vents and ac you can see lots of dust and mold"
