"we stayed for 2 nights, it was wonderful! the staff was very helpful and fast, our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did self parking which was a little bit of a walk but nothing crazy. The elevator situation can be vexing sometimes, just very busy with so many people going all different ways, but nothing severe! Overall an amazing hotel, will definitely consider the next time I return to Niagara Falls!"

"We stayed here with our family for our daughters baskeball weekend. My girls had so much fun in the pool which did not have a strong chlorine smell that most hotels have. The grounds were beautiful and nice to walk and my husband and i enjoyed sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee while our girls slept soundly. Would recommend this place and stay here again "
