"We had a few days in town as a couple, and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were met with a lovely welcome at reception. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were clearly very good quality. The restaurant was very nicely appointed, the wait staff very professional and friendly (thank you Sue, we really felt cared for), and, the food was delicious. "Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! "

"I found the rooms not overly inviting. The bed was comfortable with food quality sheets. The pillow were not comfortable. The shower head was pulled out of the wall and it took forever for the water to heat up. I didn't realize my room was going to be close to the train which was annoying when trying to sleep. I love the recycling box under the sink. I would stay again. One minor thing. Breakfast being served at 7 is late when you have to be somewhere for work by 730. 630 would be better. ...
