"I was disappointed with my stay at Jolly Beach Resort. I booked with Experian. The hotel was falsely advertised, as the actual conditions didn't match the pictures we saw when booking. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and there was no refrigerator available. Additionally, the staff was short-handed, and we experienced power outages—the lights went out at 3:40 AM and didn't come back on for over 16 hours despite requesting a room change. "Pros: Great location on both Jolly and Valley Church beaches at the same time. Calm, warm and very clear water. Unbelievable views from cottages and the restaurant. Flowers are everywhere on the property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Issues (like water or power) are addressed very quickly. Cons: With all beaches on Antigua being public, pushy jet skies rental people from outside of hotel are bothering guests daily trying to get you rent from them."
