The hotel was near AEON Bukit Indah and Tesco. There are local eateries nearby as well but you would need a vehicle to travel there. The hotel was near the highway where you can hear the loud vehicle sounds, not advisable if you are a light sleeper. When we checked in at the lobby, the property was reeking of cigarette smoke but it was cleared when we entered our room. The family room was spacious and had the basic amenities. The room cost SGD36 per night which was really worth the buck.

Room house keeping has to request from front desk. First 2 nights have to exchange towels myself. Only 3rd night one round of room cleaning done. But overall this hotel is ok.
