Room was mouldy, no towel and worse bed divan is broken so bed feel shaky and with noise. Hotel full so can't change room

Overall is so-so. Called customer service asking for towel bcause they cleaned the room without leaving new towel but they ask me so many question. Like they didnt believe they forgot to bring the towels. Toileteries also just give 2 tiny soap for my 4 night stay. Housekeeping also didint load new soap after they cleaning. Luckily i bring my own soap. Also the aircond is leaking. Bench beside the window also dirty. Others good.

The place is accessible to malls and near the jb sentral immigration. Easy to locate. The hotel itself is old. Need maintenance. Repairs, Repaint and change of linens (Towels, bedsheets, curtains and comforters). Almost everything is old, must change. You can hear noises outside your room. Need sound proofing.

The most horrible hotel in JB. There are literally bugs moving around on the bed and they refused to change room for us. No toilet paper in the toilet and the housekeeper took forever to arrive. The fridge is spoiled, not working and leaking water. The room is old and dirty. Terrible experience and i wont ever return to this place at any cost

Very bad Hotel

The overall hotel is very bad. 1st. when me and my friend step into the room, we found a few cockroaches near the hot flask area. 2nd. the mini bar fridge is damage. 3rd. the bed is uncomfortable 4th. the TV do not have satellite channels and only a few channels to watch. TV do not have usb ports. 5th. the air conditioning is not clean. My friend and I keep having irritated nose. 6th. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap and hand towels. The only good things: 1st. The receptionist is friendly 2nd. The place is very near to JB CIQ and R&F shopping mall 3rd. The rainshower is good. not worth staying

Attn : HM/GM of HSJB Room was absolutely disgusting. wall had coffee stains, toilet was disgusting to even step in, the shower door was missing from room causing my whole toilet to be wet. I called the reception at around 1130pm for extra bath mat, they said they dont have any. I said my toilet is wet and i need them. It took them half an hour, i called and asked if the guy is coming, the staff replied "lagi 1 minit dia sampai bilik kau". 'BILIK KAU?! is this the level of customer service you have in your hotel? Having Erica hotel as a new competition, HSJB does not even bother to provide clean rooms and proper service. Not about the price, but the service will make people return. Being an ex Sentral Hotel staff myself, i am disgusted with the rooms and staff who answered my call that night. Otherwise, i arrived pretty early, the staff at the Reception was kind enough to give me the room around 1130am. HSJB really need to up it's game. Hardware, and software.

Médiocre

Première chose quand nous arrivons on nous annonce que le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Dans la chambre la propreté laisse fortement à désiré et pour finir au "petit déjeuner" nous avons le choix entre nouille ou riz.... appelons cela un dîner, nous avons demandé des oeufs nous avons eu comme réponse "nous ne servons pas des oeufs tous les jours". Nous avons donc été forcé de dîner à 9h du matin... de plus si vous souhaitez de l'eau ne vous attendez pas à en trouver dans la chambre vous devrez vous servir dans une petite fontaine à eau dans le couloir (nous avons préférez en acheter dans une épicerie en bas de l'hôtel) je ne recommande pas !!!!

Chambre très correcte en rapport des commentaires que j'avais lu..... Pas de Wi-Fi durant un jour sans aucune explication cohérente ni excuse de la part de l'hôtel.... Très grande chambre bien équipée et claire....Bonne douche....Pas parfaitement propre mais ça n'était pas non plus une porcherie.... Seul hic de cet hôtel c'est que c'est loin de JB Sentral car il faut marcher sur une passerelle interminable et avec les sacs et la chaleur étouffante,bon courage pour ceux qui iront en marchant..

行き方 バス、鉄道の駅2階から出ると左手に大広場⁈と記載の歩道橋がありそこから行けば、10分ほどで着きます。道路を横切る必要もありません。 ホテルはwifi使用出来ず。シャワーの温度が低すぎる。プールは泳いでる人がいて楽しそうでした！

Overall hotel condition is very bad. Room floor is sandy and amities is bad. Especially bathroom. Reception is friendly but the rest is slow repond or never respond. Not worth as I pay for USD60 per night.
