"It was fantastic! From the entrance, the bamboos are seem to be welcomeing us and once we through the door, quite space was there and nice probably designed furnitures. Staff was really nice and they attended us to the room. A room we stay was Japanese style with hot spring. Hot spring was really great and temperatures was perfect. There were big hot spring in a different place but if you want to enjoy own time, differently room hot spring is worth to enjoy. Oh, there were many restaurants...

After we climb the Mt Fuji and unable to walk further from our car to the main door, the staff will greet us from afar and help us with the luggage’s, not for tips but for their professionalism and values they cherish much. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a pleasant stay.
