"As a solo traveller new to China on a work trip I couldn’t give more praise to the staff, very helpful and friendly. Restaurants were luxurious and the property was spotless. I would recommend a room with a view it’s beautiful."

"It wasn't a comfortable stay. First, the staff at night wasn't willing to help. Everything I asked, the answer was a No. There was no one at the drop-off, either. The room layout is weird and not user-friendly. Overall experience was a disappointment. "
