I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful city of JiNan. The breakfast service was horrible. No server took care of the breakfast area. When you tried hard to find one, they were very rude and showed cold face. They even said breakfast service and hotel service were separate. Even we paid breakfast already, they asked to pay extra. And we were supposed to get fruits in the room, but it never happened.

Excellent hotel for the money !

I think this hotel deserves better rating than what it is showing on website. I chose the rate including breakfast, and it is well worth it. There are many varieties of choices including both western and Chinese and the restaurant is clean and spacious. All the serving staff were excellent with one exception - a very mean young waitress at breakfast time. The buffet dinner was excellent too, especially we paid for one and got the second person free as we are over age 60. Though the hotel is not near any train or subway station, there are many local bus routes nearby. There are two big shopping centers, one within 5 minute and the other 10 minute walk. I will definitely stay there again on future visits.

Very good place to stay in Jinan

Staff was very friendly and helpfully, rooms are fantastic, the Oasis Restaurant is good, you find everything, Chinese buffet, Sushi and Western food. Desserts are improvable. WIFI unfortunately very slow. The price - quality ratio is very good.

muy bueno hotel. Recomendo un Pub Australiano en el Mall al lado del hotel en el segundo piso. De regreso al aeropuerto a las 5am, nos costo 120 RMB, y llevamos 30 min. Pero con trafego asegurar por lo menos 1h.

Nice hotel and close to university

Very good experience. Had a problem with AC in the room. Called the front desk and they had maintenance up within 5 minutes at around 10pm and they fixed the problem. Very pleased with their responsivness.

さすがフランス系のホテル

済南西駅からタクシーで15分ぐらいです。中心部よりは５ｋぐらい離れていると聞きましたが、このホテルは快適度、清潔さはピカイチです。朝の食事のメニューも数が多く合格でしょう。ホテル周りの環境は、いろいろお店があり、食事、マッサージなど不便はありません。

What a nice place in Jinan. everything is perfect

All staffs are too much friendly, room conditions are perfact. And breakfast is great. If you travel to Jinan, I strongly recommend to all ^^
