While the team attempted to address the issue by placing an ozone machine in the room, the smell persisted throughout the night. I would like to recognize Austin at the front desk and Victorria from Housekeeping, both of whom did an excellent job assisting under the circumstances. This situation is not a reflection of their efforts, but rather a concern regarding the room being cleared for the next guest despite the lingering odor. I was also surprised that no compensation was offered, which is something worth reviewing from a service recovery standpoint."
