"The entire experience was amazing! My wife and I stayed at the Dallas location for our Anniversary and the staff was top notch. From a complimentary bottle of wine to a free ride to our dinner reservation, ZaZa did it all. The property was unique, clean and one of the nicest Hotels we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to go."

"Parking was valet only at $54 a day. Was not aware that hotel was immediately next to the Dart railway of city view window. Very loud. In addition, there was no shower cap, floss, or Q- Tips in restroom; only thing available was hand soap and hand lotion. However, bed was comfortable and room was clean."

"The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was close and walking distance to most things. Great stay."

"Beautiful!"

"Perfect, a frequent booking of mine"

"The tv was hard to use and we got in so late it wasn't worth trying to call the front desk to have them run through all the diagnostics we already did. Just ended up watching TV on my phone."

"Can’t get a line item receipt and have charges for items that aren’t explained"

"Room was awesome, staff was awesome, breakfast was better than most free breakfasts, everything very clean and well maintained."
