"This is an amazing hotel, centrally located in Menteng Jakarta. The staff go beyond what I'd expect, they are amazing and go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable and happy. Rooms are enormous and extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Easy walks to public transport, shops and cafes/restaurants if desired and the hotel can and will organise transport if required. "I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "
