Great location, and charming hotel. But bathroom need renovation. I had to request for a change of room because mine was dirty and unusable. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Good value and service rooms need soundproofing

The hotel offers good value, front desk is friendly, bedding/pillows clean and very comfy. Also a really great selection of English international news and movies on TV. I checked in on Wednesday and noticed the lobby and the bar/restaurant were filled solely with men. Not sure if it’s a local hangout or if all the other travellers happened to be male. Made me feel a bit too uncomfortable to have a drink alone as a solo female business traveller. Music kept me up Wednesday night and played out of a speaker in the ceiling in the hallway… Could also hear doors slam, people coming/going and talking until 2-3am. Strange and really disturbed my ability to sleep. Thankfully was quiet the next night!

Pros Excellent customer service, easy check in/out, friendly and helpful staff, in particular Radhi in reception. Rooms clean, tidy and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. TV has free sport and movie channels. Free bottled water provided. Cons Poor wi-fi coverage in room. Slow and often drops out. Noise from main road outside due to only single glazed windows. Hotel restaurant cash only.
