Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class
Super quiet location yet super central. You can walk to Sultanhamet square in 6 mins and 10 min walk to the Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was amazing too. And the staff is very nice!

Seven Hills Palace & Spa
It may be a relatively small hotel but it is stunningly decorated and spotlessly clean. Great rooftop restaurant with views over the river into the Bosphorus and perfectly placed for walks around the many old city sights and, of course, bazaars.
