Unsure of how to feel about this

Room was not clean at all. The shower had pink moisture in it. There was a cabinet with dirty dishes in it. The towels didn’t look clean, neither were the slippers they provided. The bathroom was in disarray also. The view however is spectacular.

During the three nights I stayed, cleaning was never done, even though I asked. There was an internet problem, and I couldn't get any work done. I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't choose it again. Yes, they are polite, but honestly, I need to say these things.

I have nothing bad to say about this property except that it is marketed incorrectly. This is not a 5-star hotel. The pictures are also deceiving. Should I give it a 1-star review for incorrect advertisement? Maybe. But I cut 2-stars for just that. Anyway, the rooms are really small and so is the bathroom. The bathroom smelled initially, and the smell didn't go away for a couple of days. I stayed there 5 days and the bathroom was the worst experience. The toilet and the shower were cramed. There was hardly any space to walk around the bed in the bedroom. Also, this is not a non-smoking hotel. There is smoke everywhere. Even one of the receptionist was smoking.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel keinem Im Bett waren noch sehr viele Haare , geschirr im Zimmer mit Asche, Bad/WC sehr dreckig Alles sehr unhygienisch!!!!!!! Die umgebung sehr schlecht Baustelle vor der Tür, sehr abgelegen, man muss um in die stadt Zukommen einen Rießen Buckel hoch laufen İch empfehlen diese Hotel WIRKLICH niemanden Nach dem Check In bin ich nach paar stunden wieder raus Rausgeschmissenes Geld nur

The decoration of the rooms was very nice, there were mirrors on the ceilings, there was a fire escape in the hotel. We asked for extra towels and they gave them to us. The staff is very attentive. They helped us call a taxi, thank you Oguzhan Bey.
