My name is Moussa Osman and I am emailing you in regards to my recent stay at Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul. I came here with very high expectations and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed and we'll never visit again. I felt like the hotel was a 2 star hotel at the very maximum. The service was horrible and the team was very unprofessional and rude.
Also, I had booked a room specifically the one I wanted but then was surprised to find out that it's not the same room and was charged another 600 Euros for it! So disappointing with the horrible service and treatment.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my short stay and my expectations were not met at all!
