It was terrible didn’t sleep there. After alerting the receptionist with issues got a response from him saying he doesn't understand English. No manager was available until another 3 days to cancel my room so ended up paying for it. Apparently its supposed to be 4 stars but worst than a hostel room.

God beliggenhed

God beliggenhed tæt på metrostation og Istiklal gaden. Minus at det lå lige op ad en masse barer, så det larmede til kl 4 om natten med høj musik og biler der susede forbi. Hotellet er lidt ældre og TV kanaler virkede ikke, trykket på vandet var nedsat og badeværelset var meget koldt. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.

Kötü niyetliler.

Hotels.com üzerinden yapmış olduğum rezervasyon da sistemin azizliğine uğrayıp yanlışlıkla kalacağım günün bir sonraki gün bir tarihi rezervasyon yapmış oldum. Otelden rica etmeme rağmen rezervasyonumu bir gün önceye çekmediği gibi bana bir kez daha oda satmaya çalıştılar bu sebeple konaklamadım yani almadığım hizmetin bedeli kendilerine ödedim aynı zamanda Hotels.com müşteri hizmetleri de sağ olsun akşam ona kadar hizmet verdiğinden ötürü kendilerine De ulaşamadım ve yardım alamadım bu sebeple hem Hotels.com dan hem de Söz konusu otelden hiç memnun olmadığım gibi şikayetçiyim de söz konusu otelden hiç memnun olmadığım gibi şikayetçiyim de.

Great and safe location. Lovely breakfast. Moderate size room but their friendly staff work hard to make my stay enjoyable. There are lots of hotels of this size around but I've been coming back to Pera Rose since 2012 because it give me (a female) all what I need when traveling solo.

Lobiden giriyorsunuz sizi tuvalet kokusu karşılıyor. Ve odada da devam ediyor. Koku için cam açmışlar. Buz gibi. Klima çalışmıyor ısıtma yok elektrik ısıtıcısı getirip klimayı resetleyeceğiz yalanını söyleyip gidiyorlar. Odanın camı karanlık boşluğa bakıyor. Günün doğduğunu anlamıyorsunuz. Sabaha kadar oda numarasını bilmeyen Arap turistlerin kapımızı zorlamasından,tıklatmasından uyuyamadık. Tesisat sesi cabası. Artısı ise sadece konumu.

Det var et meget fint hotel, 100m til metroen, og taxaerne. Det ligger meget centralt, også til Taksim pladsen. Anbefaleder det til både familier og vennepar som skal til Istanbul

Sehr enttäuscht !!!

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Rezessionen haben wir uns für das Hotel entschieden, jedoch haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen wo die Fenster undicht waren und die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Die erste Nacht mussten wir also im kalten schlafen. Nach mehrfacher Bitte um eine Lösung wurden wir immer wieder mit folgenden Wörtern vertröstet „ unser Techniker schaut sich das Problem an“ und „ leider haben wir keine weiteren Zimmer mehr frei“ schlussendlich wurde das Fenster dann repariert und wir haben nach gefühlten 20 mal nachfragen endlich eine kleine Heizung hingestellt bekommen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war auch nicht wirklich der Renner. Käse sah aus als ob es vom Vortag wäre und nicht gut gelagert wurde , dreckiges Besteck, sowie Tellern. Und nachgefüllt wurde kaum was. Zur Lautstärke morgens von der Putzkolonne wollen wir garnicht anfangen , hier wurde null Rücksicht genommen, ob noch jemand schläft. Positiv war das es wirklich direkt am Taksim Platz war. Nach dem Check-Out hat ein Mitarbeiter uns gefragt, ob er ein Taxi rufen soll und als wir zustimmten, rief er einen Bekannten an der uns komplett verarschte. Komisch das wir hin 60 TL bezahlt hatten und der vorgeschlagene Taxifahrer plötzlich 90 TL anforderte. Nie wieder würden wir in dieses Hotel ein Fuß setzten !!!
