Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The receptionist of the property is very hospitable. He did his best to communicate with me about what I was asking for and also answering my questions. He let me know about the historical areas and buildings plus the tourist attractions in Istanbul. I enjoyed my time staying at the hotel.
