I stayed at several hotels while visiting Turkey and almost gave up on finding a good level of cleanliness—until I stayed at this hotel. I even considered extending my stay. Not only was the room exceptionally clean, but the amenities, mattress, and the subtle aroma in the room made my stay extremely comfortable. In addition, every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely understood what guests need. I completely understand why this hotel receives such high ratings. I will definitely stay here again without any hesitation, and next time I will make sure to enjoy the breakfast as well.

The absolute best part of our stay here was the front desk staff. They were tremendously kind and supportive in meeting all of our requests - special shout-out to Ali! The room itself was a bit small - we barely had space to open a full-sized suitcase. The location was busy, but very conveniently located next to multiple public transit options.

新しいホテルで部屋や設備はすごく綺麗 従業員もみんな親切ですごく良い滞在になりました。 朝食も美味しく、朝食会場になってる7階の眺めも素晴らしかったです。 場所はイスタンブールの観光地からは少し離れているため朝晩はのんびりしてるのもよかった。また最寄りの駅はいろんな路線が通ってるので移動するにも便利でした。 残念だったのは少し部屋が狭くて大きなスーツケースだと置き場に困った事くらいです

El hotel es nuevo y está todo impecable. Las habitaciones y el baño muy pequeños pero suficiente para dormir y descansar. Camas cómodas y almohadas . Los geles y cremas del baño de muy buena calidad. El personal excepcional sobre todo Sahan y Cem y otro chico alto que no sé como se llama y siempre nos daba dulces. La única pega es que el baño olía mal y no lo limpiaban bien. Muy muy recomendable.

部屋はとてもきれいでした。 メトロ、トラムともに近く便利なところにあります。 Aksaray地区はやや治安が悪いという話も聞きましたが、それほど気になりませんでした。 部屋のクリーニングに少し時間を要したのと、冷蔵庫の不具合を伝えたつもりでしたが、うまく伝わらず対応に時間がかかったのが残念でした。 それ以外は、ホテルの皆さんも親切でした。
