The breakfast at Hotel Poem was incredible! Wish I was staying longer than just the 1 night. Everyone at the property was so helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Hotel is very unique and adds this lovely touch of exploration to the stay as each room is related to some famous person, musician, artist, writer, etc. Very convenient location, just minutes from all main touristic places and at the same time to the waterfront to enjoy evening walks. Staff is super helpful and welcoming, Eren is the superstar! Everyone who was serving at the breakfast are top notch (and breakfast itself a separate experience in such a beautiful city)! Highly recommended for authentic, boutique experience.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Poem!!! We stayed last month and had an amazing experience - Eren (the receptionist) was such a joy to be around and made us feel right at home every day. The Turkish breakfast was delightful, with new and different items every morning. Location is unbeatable, just steps away from Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Basilica Cistern. Hagia Sophia also has a tram stop, so it made getting to the rest of the city also very easy. 10/10 recommend!

The staff were fabulous. So friendly, helpful and accomodating! We loved our view of the Bosphorous, if you can stay in the Hemingway suite on the top floor, with a private patio it’s a fabulous option. The breakfast is also the best we’ve had in Turkey… and that’s saying something because the breakfasts are great. The area is close to everything, that is good as you can walk to most things, but it’s a bit of a pushy experience walking past the local restaurants!!

Wonderful stay at Hotel Poem. Great location. Really nice room, comfortable bed and, most importantly, very clean. Staff was as nice and friendly as can be. We had a great experience staying at the hotel Poem. All the tourist attractions in Sultanahmet are easily accessible by walking. We couldn't appreciate enough the exceptional service and hospitality from Eren, everytime we run into him, he was welcoming and with a genuine interest in us being satisfied, and we loved his "British" accent!! Gökhan was very helpful with our check-in and he was very attentive with us getting settled. Arif, our waiter at breakfast was always with a great attitude and ready to help us. Overall we had a wonderful experience in Istanbul thanks to all the Hotel Poem staff!
