I am a female solo traveler I felt safe in the hotel and the area. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel was clean with great spa facilities which I used almost daily. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay in this hotel. All of the staff were really helpful and they made us really feel special during our stay. The room is clean and really comfortable. It's location is perfect as it is near everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was good experience to stay at this hotel. Very clean comfy bed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Only my concern is breakfast when we went to restaurant almost everything was empty but not the big deal as coffee was nice.

This three star hotel is with four star service. I stayed there for a month. Staff are a wonderful bunch! Ibrahim, Sherif, Irfan at the reception and Nazrin in the restaurant have been very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They always tried their best to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thanks guys. Breakfast selection is good and hotel is walking distance to the all public transportation. Rooms are spacious and comfortable bed. I loved the fact that they clean rooms daily. The manager lady (don’t know her name) is friendly and seems like she knows hotel management very well. I’ll stay here again whenever I’m back to Istanbul.

Not great stay

Wasn't a nice stay there.. dont disturb sign was on the door but we still had knocking on the door many times by their service as well as call through the phone that they wanted to fix the curtain despite the curtain was not broken! It was absurd! The people staying on top of our room also kept making noticed what it seems as if they are jumping on the floor! I would not recommend it and I personally will not book there again!

The person manning the front desk had no etiquette. his name was Shareef Shareef should be fired or should be working somewhere in the kitchen not the front desk. he was totally rude unhelpful. Facility wise no spa facility receptacles in the room were working overall very unwelcoming experience. I definitely would not recommend this place. Cleaning stuff was decent and good breakfast was good.
