I had a really good stay at Emin Hotel. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, safe, and very comfortable, which is exactly what I was looking for. The room was simple but well-maintained, and everything was in good working condition. I felt secure during my stay, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The staff were especially kind, friendly, and helpful, always willing to assist when needed and made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a modest, reliable place to stay that’s clean and welcoming, I would definitely recommend Emin Hotel. I would happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Emin Palace. The hotel was impeccably clean and located in a perfect spot—everything was within walking distance, including the metro station and the bustling market. A special thanks to the receptionists, Elvin and Azat, who were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest and most welcoming reception team—especially Ervin, Azat & Mahmet—who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warmth and genuine care set the tone for our entire trip. Throughout our five-day stay, they were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. Whether it was recommending amazing places to eat, helping us plan our days, or assisting us whenever we had questions, they made everything feel effortless and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such attentive and thoughtful service. The hotel itself was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of great options. Everything about our experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the staff—their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made this trip truly special. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Istanbul, this is definitely where you want to stay.

Petit soucis à l'arrivée, il m’ont donné une chambre économique de 18 m2 Apres une dure négociation il m'ont chargé de chambre plus grande. Chambre tres propre mais mobilier du restaurant très vieux .

Nice new hotel with friendly staff. Only downfall is the restaurant/breakfast area is on the top floor. 7am chairs starts being dragged in an out of tables constantly for hours. If you are on the top two floors be ready to be awoken early.

Hi i realy like the staff very friendly helpful clean hotel but i shocked when they ask me for cash mony to pay for full amountt not credit card pluce the aria around the hotel was very bad noisy, trafic was scary to pass

Great experience!

Wonderful staff! Very nice and helpful. We had a big issue when booking though a website and we were very stressed, but the staff, Firat was his name, calmed us down and helped us solve it in no time! Emin Palace is located very close to a lot of interesting tourist attractions, restaurants, bazaars and stores. It was easy to find your way around. The rooms were clean and even though we booked last minute, everything was greatly prepared for us when we arrived. Breakfast was also included! All in all, Emin Palace Hotel is a great hotel to stay at.

Emin Palace Hotel is a brand new, good well designed, well planned hotel. It has unique location for shopping. It is very central, 2 minutes to metro, and tramways, Marmaray and and busses. Young family runs hotel, they are ambitious, helpful. The rooms are good sized, modern designed clever rooms. Bathrooms are dazzling. Premise has an elevator. Roof rooms are with seaview rooms. They offer breakfast at the roof or bring to your room. Nice clean and very central location. Not great for quite, relaxed holidays, great for action and shopping by it's extreme central location. Highly Recommended.

The hotel is new and is very clean, however it does not live up to the way it is presented ion the internet. It is a family run business and only one of them spoke some English and he tried to be cooperative. The breakfast was acceptable but it was the same every day and so was the quality. Aside from Emin the servers at breakfast were not cooperative and grumbling. The worst part was the area which turned out to be the industrial sector of the city, it was overcrowded and congested with cars, however there’s a bustling Main Street not far from the hotel.

A good choice in old Istanbul

It's a family run new hotel în the very crowded commercial and touristic area of once historical Constantinopole, close to metro station of Yenikapi, close to T1 tram, walking distance (20-30') to the ferry and the touristic attractions. And surrounded by shops. The hotel îs very clean.The rooom has good amenities ( channel tv, wifi, air condition, kettle, fridge, bottles of water every day). The breakfast îs basic, fresh, served on the top terrace when fine weather - It could be improved ( fruits, yoghurt for example), also the service could be improved - sometimes, a plate has no pie, or no salamy, or no cheese, because of the rush. They correct this instantly, after beeing noticed, with polite apologize. One morning, at 7:40h, the terrace wasn't ready for serving breakfast and three tourists were waiting the tables to be arranged and cleaned. If you open the room's door and keep it longer open, a disturbing ( for the tourists from the other rooms) alarm keeps you company, maybe you react properly and close your door promptly. When this happens în the middle of the night , îs ruining others sleep. The check-in starts at noon, the check-out is at 12:30h, this aspect îs a plus, in my opinion. It's a good hotel, if you look for a clean bed to rest, în the middle of the action. If you want to be pampered, you obviously have to pay much more and go to the Ritz.

This place is well situated, however within the old town. It requires a lot of energy to traverse from the hotel to other attractions such as the mosques and the grand bazaar. The room is genereally ok and clean, however it is not at all spacious - there can be improvements made to the room odour before the check ins to offset the pungent smell. The bathrooms can be improvised by keeping full set of consumables including the body lotions, hair conditioners, etc. There are no bosphorous views at the top breakfast floor as mentioned in the adverts. If there is little sneaky glimpse, it is overshadowed by the hanging curtains which are used to keep away the birds during breakfast. This top floor is also not open throughout the day, only during breakfasts. The staff at the reception desk is ok, helpful, but this hotel comes with a lot of restrictions, do and donts, which are told to the guests during check in, and ofcourse I am not used to such restrictions from the country (Fiji Islands) where I come from. Basically, no registered families, no registered friends, no one is allowed into your rooms, all meetings are to take place at the lobby, as I was told. The streets around the hotel gets lit up during the Sunday market and there is a lot of hustle and bustle on this day. The metro is located not far away. The owner himself is nice, jovial, and down to earth- I had the opportunity to striking some great conversations with him during my two nights stay there.
