Experience at Cityloft

Reception was not accommodating to our needs. Had an overnight flight and asked for early check in 2 days in advance only to be left in lobby to sleep on the couch until 2 PM. Paining is taped to the wall, View is concrete of building next to hotel. Fridge was not working. Overall very basic service and experience. I’m not going there again.

The staff was very rude. They took me into three different rooms which were all dirty. I took photos of them. One of them had spit on the counter the other head brown faeces on the floor near the toilet. The staff refused to upgrade my room just keep giving me another one that was dirtier than the other one. I would not recommend this property at all.

Awful location, my room had so flimsy wall; I could hear other person ( who apparently happened to be hotel staff, sleeping there) snore. No basic dental kit facility. Won’t clean the room unless ask. Phone would never ring, had to go every time downstairs to talk to front desk if I needed.

There was no mini refrigerator in the room. There is refrigerators in the pictures but nothing in the room. We asked for one and they said that they removed all of them but they could instead give us ice.

Towels had big satins & pillow case , and corner of the shower had a big stains and mold I would never ever stay in this hotel again while it was not clean and healthy which is very very important specially last 3 years due to the covid . Very bad experiens . I would like to have a refund while I couldn't sleep all night

It is a massive inconvenience that i cannot share pictures of our experience at Cityloft81. Where to start, on entering the reception you are feeling confident in your choice of hotel, that is where it ends. Going through into the hallways to the lifts and rooms you are greeted this countless stains and grubby marks on the wall. The elevator that the panel hanging off and on getting in it powered down briefly. There is a reason this hotel is so dark, hiding the sorry state of the hotel after what seems years of no reinvestment in maintenance. The room, tired, shabby and a lack of thourough cleaning over a long period had left it in a rather misserable state. The blacked out ceiling was broken black woodchip board. The cabinets were chipped and wonky. The bathroom had grime all around the corners and egdges of the shower area. The room in no way reflects the pictures that are shown on any booking platform. The worst was yet to come when noticing there were MUSHROOMS growing in the room. Under the bedside cabinet and in the corners of the skirten boards. As well as this they had naked wirring within the bathroom ceiling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was a massive downer at the end of what was a beautiful trip to Turkey. Management need to address the cleanliness and safety of this hotel.

Otelin tanıtım sayfasında ücretsiz otopark olduğu belirtilmişti C/I esnasında vale talep ettik fakat resepsiyonist kapıdaki Vale kulübesinin işlevsiz olduğunu ve bu hizmetin var olmadığını belirtti. Sigara içilmeyen oda olarak rezervasyon yapmıştık ama oda rahatsız edici şekilde sigara kokuyordu. Oda değişikliği talep ettik. Odamızı değiştirdiler. Dinlenme esnasında odamızın kapısı ardına kadar açıldı başka bir müşteriye de aynı oda verilmiş. Yorgunduk ve tekrar uykuya daldigimizda bu sefer de HK içeri girdi. Kaldığımız odayı nedense bir türlü occupied olarak sistemde değiştirmemişler. Bunun dışında; odadaki mini buzdolabı sogutmuyordu, buklet malzemesi eksikti, ikram olarak odaya konan çay vb (kullanmasak da) eksikti. Genel temizlik iyiydi, yatak rahattı, çarşaflar gayet temizdi, klima, duş sorunsuzdu. 2 gecelik rezervasyon yaptırmıştık fakat ilk intibadan dolayı rahatsızlık hissedip 1 gece konaklayıp çıktık.
