"We arrived at the office to collect the keys (when we eventually found the office) at 14:00.
The staff at the office we very unpleasant, I understand that they are very busy managing hundreds of apartments across the city, but still it doesn't justify them being so unfriendly.
They told us that we couldn't enter the apartment until 15:00, because cleaning might be in progress, but we could drop off our things and return later.
We dropped off our things by 14:15, and as we were leaving we saw...

"We stayed 4 days here and enjoyed it immensely. The proprty is quiet and very comfortable. Easy access to the tran station, Duomo and many great restaurants nearby . A great place to stay and the host was excellent in communicating access to the apartment. "

"The flat is in a historical building in Isola, very nice part of Milan full of restaurants and bars. The rooms are good size, and in the winter time I found the flat very warm too."

"This place says it sleeps 4. The couch should not be considered the 4th place to sleep. Also there was no pillow on one of the beds. We did find it but there was no pillow cases for it. Otherwise the place was fine. "
