The front desk staff were the most accompany welcoming I’ve encountered in a while, and I travel ALOT!! The wellness area with a Roman bath, Turkish bath, sauna and salt cave was convenient and easy to utilize. Very relaxing and our stay was worth every penny!

We normally prefer quaint local properties but given the choices in Milan we opted for the modern, new Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale. It is quite close to Centrale Milan train station, surrounded by many good dining choices. Our room was well-designed, spacious, and restful. While other reviewers find the modern lights difficult to manage, we took our time and figured it out the first day.
