Staff was extremely helpful and informative. Little Italian cafe on first floor offered nice breakfast buffet and counter for morning Cappuccino. Paolo gave us a map, and basically helped us decide our itineary, where we had openings. He helped us get our hiking and train tickets purchased at a discount. Get in step climbing shape prior to coming. There are many steps in Cinque Terre area. Book a room with a view!!"

It should not be a room for human living. It ‘s like sitting in the street. Cannot sleep whole night. I can hear everyone in the street talking including the car engine. The heater is not working also. This hotel should not be acquired by trip advisor. It is very disappointment."
